In my current role as the High-Performance Academy Manager at Barfoot and Thompson, I support the next generation of real estate leaders by helping them see where they are in their journey and helping them plan for the future.

My focus is ensuring sustainable growth for the communities and organisations I work with. When considering what projects and work to take, I make sure that it aligns with my values and is work that will have a lasting and positive impact on the community. My work style is outcome driven but backed by robust planning and testing to ensure maximum impact and results.
